Precautions for COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

At Affordable Concrete Services,  the health and safety of both our Customers and our Team is our top priority. We are taking actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are taking precautionary measures to help avoid the spread of the virus. As an essential service, we are still available to provide estimates and perform foundation repair services. However, we are doing so with heightened precaution.

To maintain social distancing and avoid contamination we are taking the following precautionary measures :

For Exterior Repairs;

• Call or email in a request for a quote
• We set up a date and time for an exterior on-site visit of the home at which time we only access the exterior of the property to see the area in need of repair.
• We call you during the assessment to explain our procedure or any other issues we may have found
• A quote is then emailed to the client
• If we proceed with the Exterior Repair, at the end of each day we disinfect all areas in which contact was made with the residence
• The invoice is paid by cheque mailed to the office
• Our team members are instructed to keep a safe social distance and will not be shaking hands with customers

For Interior Repair/Issues:

• Email us pictures of the issue
• We contact the client by phone and go through the issues/procedures with them
• A quote is emailed to the client
• If we proceed with the Interior Repair, prior to entering the resident we wear Protective Coveralls, Gloves and Masks to stop contact transfer
• The invoice is paid by cheque mailed to the office
• Our team members are instructed to keep a safe social distance and will not be shaking hands with customers
