Signs of structural issues

Bowed Walls

Foundation walls may become “bowed” before they crack. Even if a bowed foundation wall has not yet cracked, it may still indicate that you have structural issues.

Foundation Cracks

There are different types of cracks, some are more serious than others. Not all cracks indicate a structural issue, but all cracks should be checked by a foundation expert to assess the issue before it becomes more serious.

Sagging floors

Warped or sagging flooring can directly related to foundation problems. Shifting soil, humidity from water seepage and inadequate foundation waterproofing can contribute to flooring issues.
